Imosphere Formulate is a digital tool that calculates an indicative budget based on the individual's care and support needs. This allows clinicians to have a transparent conversation with the client from the beginning about the budget they have to work within when considering how they will purchase services. This supports a strength-based conversation and approach. The system is consistent and accurate which helps with financial management and consistency of process and provides quality information which helps to identify additional training or process changes where necessary.
