Data We Collect

ContractAwarded.com is primarily a read-only publication. We collect minimal personal data:

• Contact form submissions — when you contact us via email links on our contact page, your email client sends your message directly to us. We store correspondence for up to 12 months to respond to and resolve your enquiry.
• Server logs — our web hosting provider (DreamHost) automatically logs standard access data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used only for security and performance monitoring.
• No cookies — ContractAwarded.com does not set any first-party tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Fonts to serve typography. Google may set cookies or log requests as part of this service. For full details see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking or advertising technology.

Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
