The scope of the contract includes: Replacement of the existing single-ply membrane flat roof system. Replacement of the existing aluminium standing seam pitched roof system. Replacement of existing rooflights. Repairs to parapets and associated weatherproofing details. Internal repairs and redecoration to first-floor ceilings and wall finishes affected by historic water ingress.
