Lutterworth East is a major urban extension located in Lutterworth, which secured outline planning permission in 2022. Leicestershire County Council ('LCC', 'the Client') is progressing the next phase of delivery, and to support these activities, LCC has appointed an integrated advisory team to provide Highways & Transport Design and Feasibility Services, and Commercial / Quantity Surveyor Cost Advisory Services. The primary purpose of this appointment is to: Assess and de-risk the current highways design position. Identify design gaps and required surveys. Test interim access options. Provide a pathway to technical approval and construction. Support infrastructure cost certainty for market-facing discussions. This contract was awarded as a result of a further competition under the Midlands Highways Alliance Plus Professional Services Partnership 4 Framework. The contract value is £39,950.00 ex VAT for the initially identified lump-sum priced activities. The scope of this contract may be expanded to include further design and development advice services on a time charge basis.
