The project will principally deliver demand-driven TA to government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) at the national and sub-national level. The aim of this support will be to strengthen management of the energy sectors and boost investment. The programme should deliver inclusive economic transformation and growth that is climate resilient and contributes to poverty reduction and economic inclusion of disadvantaged groups.
