Approve entry into contract with Lovell for Phase 1 works at a value of £121,779,925 (demolition and construction costs including estimated inflation). Note that the Council has established an overall Phase 1 budget envelope of up to £140,046,914, which includes allowances for risk, inflation variability and additional client-held provisions. This does not form part of the contractor's contract sum and is subject to separate governance and approvals.
