One of the requirements of the transport funding is to have a Greater Lincolnshire Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP). BSIPs are how LTAs, working closely with their local bus operators and local communities, set out a vision and plan for delivering the step-change improvement in bus services required by the National Bus Strategy. GLCCA requires additional technical support in relation to the production of the BSIP
