Contract Details

Hybrid Mail consolidates NCC's fragmented outbound mail, cuts postage costs, reduces manual handling, and accelerates digital adoption. It supports BEST modernisation goals, improves resident experience, and reduces environmental impact while enabling large-scale digital suppression over the next five years. This is a 3-year contract to Xerox Ltd, covering the period 1st July 2026, to 31st August 2029, including a further 2-year extension option subject to performance, at a total cost of between £0 - £2,751,580, under the CCS Postal Services & Solutions (RM6280 ) Framework Agreement. There is no guarantee of spend. The Call-Off Charges are an estimation only based on current trends. The actual spend will be dependent on the actual usage, volumes and hybrid mail optimisation (shift to digital from decentralised to centralised) and any changes to postal rates by the Post Office.
