1. Remove the overgrown flower beds which run along the back of the building and turn this into a grassed area which will look neater and be easier to maintain 2. Remove the footpath which runs parallel to the back of the building and turn this to grass. We feel that this pathway is not necessarily needed and removing it would help provide more privacy for residents (i.e. by encouraging pedestrians to walk further away from residents' windows). 3. Install eco plastic shin rails to protect the grassed area behind blocks to prevent vehicles parking here. 4. Plant some small trees within this area which are low maintenance and provide biodiversity 5. Bricking up the original bin store, level the ramp and use this area to house the bins.
