The works will include, but are not limited to, the replacement of residential flat entrance doors, escape route and communal doors, together with associated fire stopping, making good and compliance works. All installations must be undertaken using third-party certificated products and carried out by competent, accredited installers in accordance with relevant British Standards, fire test evidence and certification requirements.
