The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to: • Committee and decision management • Report authoring, management, and approval workflows • Forward plan and work programme management • Publication of democratic information via public website and intranet The contract is for a duration of 2 years commencing 01/06/2027, with the option to extend for a further year. Due to the Authority's specific platform requirements, Mod.gov was identified as the only suitable platform capable of continuing to deliver the required services.
