The Fund wishes to provide employees with a Healthcare Cash Plan (HCP). This would allow colleagues to claim money back on everyday healthcare costs, such as dental, optical and therapy treatments. The provision of a HCP enables the Fund to make a positive impact on colleagues' physical, mental and financial wellbeing and to show that they are valued. The service would include an online claims process and support service. This is a key benefit for colleagues and plays a part in retaining valued colleagues whilst attracting new people to the Fund. Direct award from ESPO Staff Benefits 319_23 Framework. Total Contract term: 12 months + 12 months + 12 months. Total Contract Value: up to and not exceeding 1,374,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Initial 12-month Term Value: 433,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Optional 12-month Extension 1 Value: 461,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Optional 12-month Extension 2 Value: 480,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT).
