The experienced land buyer will help the house builder secure new sites and deliver quality homes for Persimmon
Persimmon North Scotland has appointed Kate Naro as its new senior land manager. Naro will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new land opportunities for the house builder, as well as managing the existing land portfolio.
Naro has over 15 years of experience in the land buying sector, working for various developers and agents in Scotland. She has a strong track record of securing strategic and immediate land deals, as well as building relationships with landowners, consultants and local authorities.
Naro said she was thrilled to join Persimmon North Scotland and to contribute to its growth and success.
